In June 2021, the Women’s Cultural and Social Society (WCSS) launched the Sustainable Development Project to monitor the society’s initiatives and evaluate their alignment with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as part of its broader commitment. The project places special emphasis on goals linked to SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 5 (Gender Equality), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities), SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions) to empower women’s roles and human rights of women to drive meaningful change.
