Radf – Women’s Economic Empowerment and Entrepreneurship Program
Launched in 2021 by members of the Women’s Cultural and Social Society, the Radf Project is a community-driven economic empowerment initiative designed to expand employment opportunities, strengthen workforce inclusion, and support entrepreneurship among underserved groups in Kuwait, with particular focus on children of Kuwaiti women.
Acting as a bridge between job seekers and the private sector, Radf connects beneficiaries with professional opportunities, mentorship, and skills development pathways that support long-term economic participation, entrepreneurship, and social mobility.The Radf Project acts as a bridge between these groups and private companies and institutions.
