Radf \u2013 Women\u2019s Economic Empowerment and Entrepreneurship Program<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Launched in 2021<\/strong> by members of the Women\u2019s Cultural and Social Society, the Radf Project<\/strong> is a community-driven economic empowerment initiative designed to expand employment opportunities, strengthen workforce inclusion, and support entrepreneurship among underserved groups in Kuwait, with particular focus on children of Kuwaiti women<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Acting as a bridge between job seekers and the private sector, Radf connects beneficiaries with professional opportunities, mentorship, and skills development pathways that support long-term economic participation, entrepreneurship, and social mobility.The Radf Project acts as a bridge between these groups and private companies and institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
