Al Amal Fund

Al Amal Fund was established in 2002 as part of the WCSS Health Program, with the aim of providing material support to low-income cancer patients who frequent Al Amal Club.

The fund supports:

• Outpatients who cannot afford treatment costs, x-rays, and diagnostics
• Inpatients referred to the club by hospital staff
• Specific cases in cooperation with the Patients’ Benefit Fund, depending on patient needs

This initiative is funded through donations received by the WCSS Health Program, and plays a crucial role in alleviating financial burdens on vulnerable patients.

Additional services offered through Al Amal Fund and the club include:

• Digital number displays to help patients track their turn at clinics and labs
• Snacks and beverages while waiting for treatment
• A welcoming and dignified environment for both children and adult patients
